In fulfillment of the various Credimetrics products and
services, Credimetrics obtains consumer credit information from the three
national credit repositories. The following Privacy Policy describes the means in which Credimetrics handles this
confidential information.

Use of Information
We request information from the three national credit repositories on behalf of our customers using their subscriber relationships
with these repositories. These customers by their contracts with the national credit repositories must have permissible
purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain this information.
We release this information only to the subscriber that has ordered it and will not release this information to any other
party, whether affiliated with us or not, except: (1) as necessary for us to
provide the product or service requested of us; or (2) as permitted by law. We
may, however, store such information, for a period of two years.
Such information may be used for any internal purpose, such as quality control efforts or customer analysis.

Confidentiality and Security
We will use our best efforts to ensure that no unauthorized parties have access to any of this confidential information. We restrict access
to this confidential information to those individuals and entities who need to
know that information to provide Credimetrics products or services. We will use
our best efforts to train and oversee our employees and agents to ensure that this
confidential information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with
this Privacy Policy. We currently maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to guard this confidential, nonpublic personal information.
